Your privacy is very important to Build Your Businesses (a trading name, operating through M-Training.Co.UK.Ltd (a company registered under the Companies Act of England and Wales with the Company registration number 7707645). Build Your Businesses commit to only collecting information about you that is critical for offering and improving its Services to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you register your interest in the activities of, and /or communicate personal information in relation to Build Your Businesses (the activities being referred to as the “Services”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on the Build Your Businesses website. Please review this page regularly to stay informed and to make sure that you are happy with any changes. Changes to the Privacy Policy will not be applied retrospectively.

1.2 Build Your Businesses retrieve this personal information about you via email, through social media platforms, via electronic messaging Services, verbally by you or in physical forms such as business cards.

1.3 Build Your Businesses shall reasonably endeavour to review any personal data the company holds on you to ensure that it is still needed to provided our Services.

This information is used to develop our activities and /or to communicate with you about topics related to the activities of Build Your Businesses, such as blogs/ articles/ business support services and products.

You may revoke your consent to receiving newsletters, articles and other marketing material. This revocation can be submitted via a link in the communications themselves, or via a message sent to info@buildyourbusinesses.com.

4.1. Build Your Businesses are committed to ensuring that the information collected about you is secure. We take reasonable measures including administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Build Your Businesses use a limited number of third parties to assist us with facilities to enable the provision of our Services (such as setting up IT facilities and marketing support) and ongoing maintenance of those Services.

5. Retention

5.1 There is a requirement to retain certain records of information collected about you when you have expressed an interest in using the Services of Build Your Businesses. Provided it is in compliance with legal responsibilities Build Your Businesses reserve the right to delete and destroy all of the information collected about you.

5.3 In order to store and exchange information Build Your Businesses may hold information that includes personal information on Cloud based applications such as Dropbox, One Drive, MailBigFile and Google Drive. Each of those and other data storage, and social media, providers will have their own Privacy Policy and Data Retention policies.
